We are updating our Project GT6 section often now, as we are hard at work. We have been invited to Amelia Island Concours with the car and will have it ready by early March for this event. We then plan on debuting it at the Mitty, where we will take on the Kastner/Brophy GT6 for a classic reunion of the 1970 Runoffs event.

    Outstanding.

I'm talking to other GT6 racer's around the world getting info that might help me build the MK1 into a future racer.

In a few years it may just happen, but yeah that was todays realization.

I've been emailed and talked to a lot over the past week.

Overwhelming motion not to sell it. So I will keep my eyes planted on Tim's progress. I'm talking to other GT6 racers to gain more knowledge and info to turn the blue machine into a scream, regardless of the power plant on the MK1.

Did I read that Tim is looking for an overdrive gearbox for the Group 44 GT6? If so, have him drop me a line....I've got a complete O/D gearbox, plus a space Laycock O/D down here in Cocoa.

I want the overdrive, but not for the GT6. I want it for a 1500 Spitfire.
