Well, I figured I'd ask for some help.

My wife has been bugging me for months about what I want for my up coming birthday.

I told her a race car, she laughed.

So lets have it with some suggests.

I'm certain I'll turn down 95% of the ideas, but I'm sure there are some gems out there I've not though of.

Hit me with your best shot, in the mean time I've grabbed my collection of CM magazines too see what was written.

For a long time I told my wife tools and she delivered on a few occasions. She always had to get help from either her brother or one of my friends - or just watching and listening to me as I wandered the tool isles.

So tools - specific ones always top my list.

    I am a sucker for scale models, too. (can't find a GT6 Mk2 tho!)

A weekend at a local road course (Road America for me) would always be appreciated.

    Happy (early) birthday!

Gift card to Sears are nice.

Some parts places (like Pelican Part - hi Wayne) offer gift certificates too. I don't expect my wife, and/or family to understand what parts or tools I've had my eye on.

Oh, a lift is a nice gift too =)

Lift would be great even one of those 1/2 height ones, but my garage is tiny.

I am thinking I'll suggest a "sponsorship" deal for my future vintage racing program hehehe

Andre - I've "convinced" my wife a welder is what I would REALLY like... I've even pointed out what model I'm interested in (helps to have a friend's unit handy).

A new "bigger" garage might be worth a try too ..

Andre: How about winter storage? Then there will be room for the snowblower and maybe her car, too.

    cheers Ron

    Bigger gauge, I wish hehe.

Winter storage. Nope, its my car out in the snow all winter.

I've built the garage up to suit the GT6. With room for the snowblower.
