    I just realized the "Watch Topics" function was broken. It's fixed now. From any topic, you'll see the "watch" button right by "add reply". Click that, and the topic is added to your watchlist. Up at the top of the forum pages, alongside "latest posts" and "top rated" and stuff, you'll see "Watched Topics" -- go there and it will show you all of the topics you're watching.
