When I was in school, I’d bet I saw a few bands each week. We were lucky. Athens had a killer music scene, and so many out-of-town bands came to play. It was awesome.
Lately my wife and I have been trying to see some more live music. We saw Agent Orange and NOFX last month, and next week we’re seeing They Might Be Giants. (Funny, first time I saw them was now 20 years ago.)
Anyway, Michele just bought tickets for The Police. I have never seen them, but pretty much grew up listening to their music. I can still remember hearing “De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da” while Dad drove us to elementary school one day.
